阿奇霉素治疗妇科支原体感染的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of azithromycin in the treatment of gynecological mycoplasma infection

目的探讨阿奇霉素治疗妇科支原体感染的临床疗效。方法选取华润高安瑞州医院2018年3月—2019年10月收治的妇科支原体感染患者60例,按照入院时间分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组予以左氧氟沙星片治疗,研究组予以阿奇霉素片治疗。2组均持续治疗2周。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后血清炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素10(IL-10)]、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+细胞分数、CD8+细胞分数以及CD4+/CD8+细胞比值),并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组CRP、TNF-α、IL-10比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组CRP、TNF-α、IL-10低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组CD4+细胞分数、CD8+细胞分数以及CD4+/CD8+细胞比值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组CD4+细胞分数、CD8+细胞分数以及CD4+/CD8+细胞比值高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素治疗妇科支原体感染的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状和炎性反应,且安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of azithromycin in the treatment of gynecological mycoplasma infection.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with gynecological mycoplasma infection were selected from March 2018 to October 2019 in Huarun Gaoan Ruizhou Hospital,which were divided into divided into control group and study group according to the time of admission,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin tablets,while the study group was treated with azithromycin tablets.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.Clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors(CRP,TNF-α,IL-10),T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+ cell fraction,CD8+ cell fraction and CD4+/CD8+ cell ratio) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CRP,TNF-α and IL-10 between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the study group of CRP,TNF-α and IL-10 were lower than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in CD4+ cell fraction,CD8+ cell fraction and CD4+/CD8+ cell ratio between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the CD4+ cell fraction,CD8+ cell fraction and CD4+/CD8+ cell ratio in the study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin have an exact clinical effect for gynecological mycoplasma infection,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and inflammatory reactions of patients,and with high safety.
