硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗妊娠合并细菌性阴道病的临床疗效及其对妊娠结局的影响

Clinical efficacy and impact on pregnancy outcome of nifuratel vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with bacterial vaginosis

目的探讨硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗妊娠合并细菌性阴道病的临床疗效及其对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取中山大学附属第三医院粤东医院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的妊娠合并细菌性阴道病患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各组35例。对照组外用甲硝唑栓治疗,观察组外用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗。比较2组临床疗效,胺试验转阴时间、阴道瘙痒消失时间、白带异常消失时间,治疗前后转化生长因子β、肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素1β、阴道酸碱度、阴道清洁度,复发率,并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胺试验转阴时间、阴道瘙痒消失时间、白带异常消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组转化生长因子β、肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素1β、阴道酸碱度、阴道清洁度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组转化生长因子β高于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素1β、阴道酸碱度、阴道清洁度低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良妊娠结局发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗妊娠合并细菌性阴道病的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,控制机体炎症,降低复发率,预防不良妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and impact on pregnancy outcome of nifuratel vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with bacterial vaginosis.Methods A total of 70 cases of patients with pregnancy complicated with bacterial vaginosis were selected from January 2019 to January 2020 in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University Yuedong Hospital,which were divided into divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole suppository,the observation group was treated with nifuratel vaginal soft capsule.Clinical efficacy,the time of turning negative in amine test,the time of disappearing vaginal itching and abnormal disappearance of leucorrhea,transforming growth factor β,tumor necrosis factor α,interleukin 1β,vaginal pH and vaginal cleanliness before and after treatment,recurrence rate were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The negative time of histamine test,the disappearance time of vaginal pruritus,and the disappearance time of abnormal leucorrhea in the observation group were shorter than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in transforming growth factor β,tumor necrosis factor α,interleukin 1β,vaginal pH and vaginal cleanliness between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,observation group of transforming growth factor β was higher than control group,while tumor necrosis factor α,interleukin 1β,vaginal pH and vaginal cleanliness were lower than control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nifuratel vaginal soft capsule have an exact clinical effect for pregnancy complicated with bacterial vaginosis,which can effectively improve patients’ clinical symptoms,control inflammation,reduce recurrence rate and prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes.
