奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin combined with tegafur in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的探讨奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选取都昌县人民医院2017年8月—2019年2月收治的晚期胃癌患者60例,按照数字抽取法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组予以卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗,观察组予以替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗。比较2组临床疗效、生活质量评分,并观察2组毒副作用发生情况。结果 2组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组躯体功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组贫血、乏力、恶心呕吐、肝功能损伤、外周神经炎发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组腹泻、手足综合征发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效确切,可提高患者生活质量,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin combined with tegafur in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected from August 2017 to February 2019 in Duchang County People’s Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital extraction method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin,the observation group was treated with tegafur combined with oxaliplatin.Clinical efficacy,quality of life score were compared between the two groups,and the side effects of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of physical function,emotional function,cognitive function and social function in the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of anemia,fatigue,nausea and vomiting,liver function injury and peripheral neuritis between the two groups(P>0.05);the incidence of diarrhea and hand-foot syndrome in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with tegafur have an exact clinical effect for advanced gastric cancer,which can improve the quality of life of patients,and with high safety.
