三维激光扫描技术在隧道变形监测及检测中的应用 被引量:25

摘要 为保证隧道的安全施工及运营,及时掌握隧道变形情况尤为重要。针对传统隧道监控量测方法中存在的测量效率低、精度有限以及需布置监控量测点等问题,引入三维激光扫描技术采集隧道全断面三维数据,通过色谱分析法对整体变形进行定性分析,更加直观、自动化地获取各部位变形情况,同时自动处理算法对重点区域进行平面特征拟合获取其形心坐标,通过分析形心位置变化情况定量获取隧道内部变形情况,且变形量测精度达到相关规程要求,同时通过与隧道设计BIM(building information modeling)模型的对比,快速检测施工质量及偏差,研究成果具有重要理论意义及实际价值。 In order to ensure the safe construction and operation of the tunnel,it is critical to keep track of the tunnel deformation in time.In view of the difficulties of low efficiency,limited accuracy and challenges in monitoring points layout in conventional tunnel monitoring,3D laser scanning was introduced to conduct the deformation monitoring and construction quality inspection.By collecting three-dimensional data of full tunnel section,the overall deformation was extracted by chromatography analysis method,and the deformation on interest region was calculated by a self-made automatic processing algorithm.The processed point cloud was then compared with the built information model for a quick check of construction quality.The results show that the proposed method achieves the accuracy required by specification and has potential practical application value.
