胶囊胃镜检查消化系统疾病的临床护理分析

Clinical nursing analysis of digestive system diseases detected by capsule gastroscope

目的观察检查患者消化系统疾病时应用胶囊胃镜检查临床护理的干预效果。方法将龙川县中医院消化内科2018年6月-2019年7月期间收治的应用胶囊胃镜检查的患者60例作为研究对象,按照平均分配法将其分为常规组和研究组,每组各30例。检查中未实施护理干预者设为常规组,而接受胃镜检查同时施以全面护理干预者设为研究组。收集并比较两组患者护理满意率、检查状况(不良反应发生、顺利检查等)、护理前后情绪变化与疼痛时间。结果研究组患者护理满意率为93.3%,高于常规组的60.0%;研究组中不良反应发生率为6.7%,低于常规组的26.7%;顺利检查率为96.7%,高于常规组的70.0%;负面情绪评分明显低于常规组;疾病疼痛时间短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用全面护理干预有助于消化系统疾病患者顺利完成胶囊胃镜检查,提高检查效果,减轻患者不适感,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the intervention effect of clinical nursing of capsule gastroscopy in patients with digestive system diseases. Methods From June 2018 to July 2019,60 patients with capsule gastroscopy in the Department of Gastroenterology of Longchuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects. According to the average distribution method,they were divided into the conventional group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group. The patients who did not implement nursing intervention in the examination were set as the routine group,while the patients who received comprehensive nursing intervention were set as the study group. The nursing satisfaction rate,examination status(adverse reactions,smooth examination,etc.),emotional changes and pain time before and after nursing were collected and compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 93.3%,which was higher than 60.0% of the conventional group;the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.7%,which was lower than 26.7% of the conventional group;the successful examination rate was 96.7%,which was higher than 70.0% of the conventional group;the negative emotion score was significantly lower than that of the conventional group;the time of disease pain was shorter than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention could help patients with digestive system diseases successfully complete capsule gastroscopy examination,improve the examination effect,reduce the discomfort of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
