潮州市社区护士工作满意度及稳定性的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of job satisfaction and stability of community nurses in Chaozhou

摘要 目的调查分析潮州市社区护士工作满意度及稳定性。方法随机抽取2018年9月-2019年3月期间潮州市全部社区中的45个社区216名护士,利用调查问卷方式收集全部护士资料,分析社区护士工作满意度以及稳定性现状。结果潮州市社区护士的工作满意度各个维度平均分均未达到满意程度,在量表包括6个维度内,社区护士最为满意维度为人际关系,其次为工作本身,而最不满意维度为培训与晋升,其次为报酬与福利;利用Pearson对相关性进行分析,工作满意度与福利、工作本身、工作条件、人际关系、培训与晋升、领导与管理呈正相关;工作稳定性与报酬、职业发展、工资福利、领导管理、工作环境、工作本身呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论潮州市社区护士工作满意度均未达到理想状态,最不满意为培训与晋升,其次为报酬与福利,而工作稳定性整体较低,最低为工资福利,其次为职业发展,且工作满意度和工作稳定性成正比,满意度越高则稳定性越高。 Objective To investigate and analyze the job satisfaction and stability of community nurses in Chaozhou. Methods From September 2018 to March 2019,216 nurses were randomly selected from 45 communities in all communities in Chaozhou City. All the nurses’ data were collected by questionnaire,and the job satisfaction and stability of community nurses were analyzed. Results The average score of each dimension of job satisfaction of community nurses in Chaozhou City was not satisfactory. Among the 6 dimensions in the scale,the most satisfactory dimension of community nurses was interpersonal relationship,followed by work itself,and the most dissatisfied dimension was training and promotion,followed by remuneration and welfare. Pearson correlation analysis showed that job satisfaction was positively correlated with welfare, work itself, working conditions, interpersonal relationship, training and promotion,leadership and management;job stability was positively correlated with remuneration,career development,wages and benefits,leadership management,working environment,and work itself(P<0.05). Conclusion The job satisfaction of community nurses in Chaozhou had not reached the ideal state,the most dissatisfied was training and promotion,followed by remuneration and welfare,and the overall job stability was low. The minimum was wages and benefits,followed by career development,and job satisfaction was proportional to job stability. The higher the satisfaction,the higher the stability.
