完善一体推进“不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐”机制探析

On Improving the Mechanism of“No Daring,No Chance and No Will to Corrupt”

当前,反腐败斗争取得了压倒性胜利,但“三不”机制尚不完善,“三不”之间还未完全协同发力,反腐败斗争任重道远。为此,探讨分析一体推进“三不”机制完善中面临的挑战,吸收借鉴国外反腐败的成功经验,系统性创新性提出了完善一体推进“三不”机制、巩固发展反腐败斗争压倒性胜利的对策。

At present,the anti-corruption struggle has won an overwhelming victory,but the“three-noes”mechanism is not perfect,and the“three-noes”has not been fully coordinated,so the anti-corruption struggle has a long way to go.Therefore,this paper points out the importance and necessity of improving the“three-noes”mechanism,analyzes the challenges faced in the process of improving the“three-noes”mechanism in an integrated way,absorbs and draws on the successful experience of foreign anti-corruption,and systematically and creatively puts forward the countermeasures of improving the“three-noes”mechanism in an integrated way and consolidatingand developing the overwhelming victory of the anti-corruption struggle.
