摘要
卓越语文教师培养是落实教育部“六卓越一拔尖”计划的重要内容之一,在新文科背景下,需要以新文科建设的新号召和新要求为指引,加强培养模式改革。要明确人才培养目标,构建模块化“双专业”课程体系;建立“双导师”制,强化实践教学,积极开展第二课堂活动,落实导师管理和小组自主管理;加强校地合作,建立“三位一体”协同培养机制,强化过程管理和质量保障。夯实基础,面向未来,培养师德高尚的卓越语文教师。
Excellent Chinese teacher training is one of the“Six Tops and One Excellence”program by the Ministry of Education.Under the background of the New Liberal Arts,the new call and new requirementsstrengthen the reform of the training model.It is necessary to clarify the goal of talent training,to build a modular of“dual professional”curriculum system,to establish a“dual tutor”system,to strengthen practical teaching,to carry out second classroom activities,to implement tutor management and group independent management,to strengthen school-local cooperation,and to establish a“trinity-Collaborative”training mechanism to strengthen process management and quality assurance.It is required to consolidate the foundation,to face the future,and to train outstanding Chinese teachers with noble morality.
