国际技术合作网络位置及演化特征研究

Research on the Location and Evolution Characteristics of International Technical Cooperation Networks

开展国际技术合作是实现可持续性发展的必由之路,研究国际技术合作网络演化特征对推动技术创新国际化具有重要意义。选取全球创新指数排名前30的国家和地区作为研究对象,基于两两之间合作申请的PCT数量,构造2011〜2019年国际技术合作网络。运用社会网络分析法度量各个国家和地区的网络位置。主要结论有:美国、德国、法国、英国一直处于国际技术合作网络的中心位置,中国、日本、韩国的发展势头较强,网络中心位置逐渐从欧美转向亚太地区。

To carry out international technical cooperation is the way to realize sustainable development.It is of great significance to study the evolution characteristics of international technical cooperation network to promote the internationalization of technological innovation.We selects the top 30 countries and regions in the global innovation index as the research objects,'and constructs the 2011-2019 international technical cooperation network based on the number of PCTS applied for cooperation between two countries or regions.Use social network analysis method to measure the network location of each country and region.The main conclusions are as follows:The United States,Germany,France and the United Kingdom have always been at the center of the international technical cooperation network;China,Japan and South Korea have strong development momentum,and the network center is gradually shifting from Europe and The United States to the Asia-Pacific region.
