摘要
目的运用数据挖掘技术,分析辅助降血糖中药保健食品的组方规律及特点。方法检索国家市场监督管理总局(state administration for market regulation,SAMR)特殊食品安全监督管理司网站的辅助降血糖中药保健食品,运用TCM Miner、SPSS Statistic 25.0、SPSS Modeler 14.1进行频数分析、关联规则分析、复杂网络和聚类分析,归纳总结辅助降血糖中药保健食品组方用药规律、特点等。结果截至2020年11月纳入符合标准的299种辅助降血糖中药保健食品中,使用频率≥1%的中药有24味,使用频次50次以上的7味中药分别为苦瓜、黄芪、桑叶、葛根、蜂胶、山药、西洋参;关联分析得出"桑叶-苦瓜"等12条2味中药关联;复杂网络分析显示核心药物是桑叶、苦瓜、黄芪、葛根;聚类分析共得出"人参、五味子、枸杞子、玉竹、女贞子"等6组至少含3味中药的聚类处方。结论本研究能够为辅助降血糖保健食品开发以及方剂配伍研究提供数据基础,在传统基于名老中医经验方进行保健食品开发研究的基础上,提供新的组方配伍依据,拓宽辅助降血糖中药保健食品的研究思路。
Objective Using data mining technology,to analyze the rules and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine health food for assistant decreasing blood glucose.Methods The website of the department of special food safety supervision and administration of the state administration for market regulation(SAMR)traditional Chinese medicine health food was searched to help reduce blood sugar.TCM Miner,SPSS Statistic25.0 and SPSS Modeler14.1 were used to carry out the frequency analysis,association rule analysis,complex network and cluster analysis,and the medication rules and characteristics of TCM health food prescriptions to assist in reducing blood sugar were summarize.Results As of November 2020,among the 299 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine health food those met the standards for adjutant hypoglycemia,24 Chinese herbal medicines with the use frequency of≥1%were included,and 7 Chinese herbal medicines with the use frequency of more than 50 times were bitter gourd,including balsam pear,Astragalus membranaceus,mulberry leaf,Pueraria lobata,propolis,Chinese yam and American ginseng.The correlation analysis of 12 pieces of 2 traditional Chinese medicines,such as"mulberry leaf-balsam pear",was obtained.The complex network analysis showed that the core drugs were mulberry leaf,balsam pear,Astragalus membranaceus and Pueraria lobata.Cluster analysis revealed 6 groups of cluster prescriptions containing at least 3 traditional Chinese medicines,including Panax ginseng,Schisandra chinensis,Fructus Lycii,Polygonatum odoratum and Ligustrum lucidum.Conclusion This study can provide a data basis for the research on the compatibility of prescriptions for the development of supplementary hypoglycemic health food,provide a new basis for the compatibility of prescriptions on the basis of the research on the development of health food based on the traditional famous old Chinese medicine empirical prescriptions,and broaden the research ideas of supplementary hypoglycemic traditional Chinese medicine health food.
