帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Paliperidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

目的探讨帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月于辽宁省精神卫生中心就诊治疗的精神分裂症患者82例作为研究对象,根据用药方案不同分为观察组(43例)和对照组(39例),分别给予棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液治疗与帕利哌酮缓释片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后不同时段阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、自知力评估量表(SAUMD)评分明显降低,药物依从性评价量表(MARS)、个体和社会功能量表(PSP)评分明显增加,且观察组治疗后随着时间延长PANSS、SAUMD评分明显降低,MARS、PSP评分明显增加,对照组PANSS、SAUMD评分则仅于治疗后1个月(T_(1))、治疗后2个月(T_(2))、治疗后3个月(T_(3))、治疗后6个月(T_(4))、治疗后9个月(T_(5))时不同时间点明显降低,MARS、PSP评分则仅于T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)、T_(4)不同时间点明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后T_(5)、T_(6)观察组PANSS、SAUMD评分明显更低,MARS、PSP评分明显更高,观察组治疗有效率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于精神分裂症,棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液用药治疗疗效显著,在精神症状改善及社会功能恢复方面较帕利哌酮缓释片用药治疗的临床效果更显著,且随着用药时间延长,其优势越显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of paliperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 82 schizophrenic patients admitted to Liaoning Provincial Mental Health Center from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different medication schemes,they were divided into an observation group(43 cases) and a control group(39 cases).They were given paliperidone palmitate injection and paliperidone sustained release tablets respectively.The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared.Result After treatment,the scores of positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS) and insight Assessment Scale(SAUMD) decreased significantly,while the scores of drug compliance assessment scale(MARS) and individual and social function scale(PSP) increased significantly.After treatment,the scores of PANSS and SAUMD decreased significantly,while the scores of MARS and PSP increased significantly in the observation group.The PANSS and SAUMD scores of the control group were only 1 month after treatment(T_(1)),2 months after treatment(T_(2)),3 months after treatment(T_(3)),6 months after treatment(T_(4)),and 9 months after treatment(T_(5)),which were significantly reduced at different time points.MARS and PSP scores were only significantly increased at different time points of T_(1),T_(2),T_(3),and T_(4),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the PANSS and SAUMD scores after treatment in T_(5) and T_(6) observation group were significantly lower,and the MARS and PSP scores were significantly higher.The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion For schizophrenia,the medication of paliperidone palmitate injection has a significant effect.It has a more significant clinical effect than paliperidone sustained-release tablets in terms of improvement of mental symptoms and recovery of social function,and with the prolonged medication time and more significant effect.
