为进一步推动外事工作支持区县和开放平台发展,4月9日,市政府外办出国(境)管理处处长黄锐赴高新区作"因公临时出国(境)政策解读"专题培训讲座,助力科学城"走出去"。黄锐就因公出国(境)各项政策进行了细致解读,重点就因公出国(境)管理中,涉及赴周边国家执行任务、赴新加坡执行中新示范项目任务.
