莲子心中3种生物碱类成分含量影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Three Alkaloids Components in Plumula Nelambinis

目的:分析莲子心中3种生物碱类成分含量的影响因素,为制订合理的莲子心质量标准提供依据。方法:用HPLC法测定莲子心中莲心碱、异莲心碱、甲基莲心碱的含量。采用SPSS19.0软件行单因素方差分析,比较不同采收期、不同加工方式、不同品系莲子心中3种生物碱类成分含量的差异。结果:莲子心不同采收期的甲基莲心碱、莲心碱含量有较大差异,嫩莲明显低于麻莲和铁莲(P<0.05);不同加工方式对其含量也有影响;不同品系莲子中莲子心生物碱类成分含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3种成分单一量与生物碱总量均呈极显著正相关。结论:应严格执行中国药典关于莲子心的采收期和加工方式的规定,建议选择甲基莲心碱作为莲子心含量测定指标性成分。

Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of three alkaloids components in plumula nelambinis to provide basis for formulating reasonable quality standard for plumula nelambinis.Methods:An HPLC method was used to determine the contents of liensinine,isoliensinine and neferine in plumula nelambinis.One-way analysis of variance was performed to compare the differences in the contents of the three alkaloids with different harvest periods,different processing methods and different strains of plumula nelambinis by SPSS19.0 software.Results:Neferine and lienshinie in Plumula nelambinis showed great differences in different harvesting periods,and the tender lotus was obviously lower than the lotus and the clematis(P<0.05);different processing methods also affected the contents;there were no significant differences in the contents of the alkaloids of plumula nelambinis in different strains(P>0.05);there was a very significant positive correlation between the single amount of the three components and the total amount of alkaloids.Conclusion:The harvest period and processing methods of plumula nelambinis described in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(CHP)should be strictly implemented,and neferine should be selected as the target component for the quality control of plumula nelambinis.
