摘要
海洋工程用钢服役时一直受到环境腐蚀和疲劳载荷的耦合作用,而传统的腐蚀、疲劳单项评估已不能满足检测需求,因此开发了一套腐蚀疲劳试验系统来测试材料在腐蚀环境下的疲劳寿命,并使用该系统对海洋工程用S690QL高强钢板在腐蚀环境下的疲劳寿命进行了测试。结果表明:该系统可以对试验温度、流速、腐蚀介质pH值等参数精准控制,并可以实现材料在腐蚀与疲劳耦合作用下的性能评估。在相同的循环应力下,材料受到模拟海水腐蚀和疲劳载荷耦合作用的疲劳寿命大大低于在空气中室温下的疲劳寿命。
Marine engineering steel has been subjected to the coupling effect of environmental corrosion and fatigue load,but the traditional single assessment of corrosion and fatigue can not meet the test demand.Therefore,a set of corrosion fatigue test system was developed to test the fatigue life of materials in corrosion environment,and the fatigue life of S690QL high strength steel plate used in marine engineering was tested in corrosion environment with the system.The results show that the system can accurately control the test temperature,flow rate,pH value of corrosive medium and other parameters,and can realize the performance evaluation of materials under the coupling effect of corrosion and fatigue.Under the same cyclic stress,the fatigue life of the material under the coupling effect of simulated seawater corrosion and fatigue load was much lower than that in air at room temperatre.
