人工髋关节置换与内固定术用于髋关节骨折治疗中的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of artificial hip replacement and internal fixation on the treatment of hip fracture

目的分析人工髋关节置换与内固定术治疗髋关节骨折的效果。方法选取本院2016年1月至2019年11月收治的85例髋关节骨折患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分成参照组(n=43)和实验组(n=42),参照组采用内固定术治疗,实验组采用人工髋关节置换术治疗。比较两组手术状况、治疗效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果实验组术中出血量明显低于参照组。手术时间与术后首次活动时间明显短于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组治疗优良率(95.24%)明显高于参照组(79.07%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组术后并发症总发生率(7.14%)明显低于参照组(23.26%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在髋关节骨折治疗中,内固定术较人工髋关节置换术的实践效果更佳,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of artificial hip replacement and internal fixation in the treatment of hip fractures.Methods 85 patients with hip fractures admitted to our hospital were selected as research subjects,they were divided into reference group(n=43)and experimental group(n=42)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with internal fixation and the experimental group was treated with artificial hip arthroplasty.The surgical conditions,treatment effects and postoperative incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results The blood loss in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the operation time and the first time of postoperative activity were significantly shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The excellent treatment rate in the experimental group(95.24%)was significantly higher than that in the reference group(79.07%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group(7.14%)was significantly lower than that in the reference group(23.26%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hip fracture,the artificial hip replacement is more effective than internal fixation,and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
