慢性湿疹患者治疗前后血清IL-2和IL-6及Gas检测的临床意义

Clinical significance of serum IL-2,IL-6 and Gas detection in patients with chronic eczema before and after treatment

目的研究慢性湿疹患者接受治疗前后血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及Gas(Gas)检测的临床意义。方法回顾性分析本院2018年1月至2019年5月收治的42例慢性湿疹患者的临床资料,并作为实验组,选取同期42名在本院进行健康体检者作为参照组。比较实验组治疗前后及参照组IL-2、IL-6以及Gas水平。结果治疗前,实验组患者IL-2水平低于参照组,IL-6以及Gas高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组患者IL-2水平上升,IL-6与Gas水平均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患白细胞介素水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-6与Gas水平高于参照组,但差异无统计学意义。直线回归分析显示,实验组患者IL-2水平与IL-6和Gas水平呈明显的负相关性(r=-0.4915、-0.5017,P<0.05)。IL-6与Gas无明显相关性(r=0.2251,P>0.05)。结论检测血清IL-2、IL-6以及Gas指标,可用于判断慢性湿疹患者的病情变化,对于患者临床治疗方案制定具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6)and gastrin(Gas)in patients with chronic eczema before and after treatment.Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with chronic eczema admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and as the experimental group,42 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the reference group.The levels of IL-2,IL-6 and in the experimental group before and after treatment and in the control group were compared.Results Before treatment,the level ofIL-2 in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of IL-6 and Gas in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level ofIL-2 increased in experimental group,while the levels of IL-6 and Gas decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-2 in experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and Gas were higher than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Linear regression showed that the level of IL-2 was negatively correlated with the levels of IL-6 and Gas in the experimental group(r=-0.4915,-0.5017,P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between IL-6 and Gas(r=0.2251,P>0.05).Conclusion The indexes detection of serum IL-2,IL-6 and Gas indexes can be used to judge the changes of chronic eczema patients,and has high application value for the development of clinical treatment plan.
