李详骈文思想探析

On the Thoughts of Li Xiang’s Parallel Prose

李详为著名骈文家、骈文学家、国学大师,一生著述繁夥,成就卓著,尤其是在骈文创作及研究方面的建树,堪称泽惠学林。其骈文思想立论精深,内蕴丰富,涵盖骈文创作与骈文理论批评的诸多问题。具体而言,它主要包括:师法汪中骈文;推崇自然高妙、疏朗俊逸的魏晋文与以《后汉书》为代表的南北朝诸史书中的文章;高度赞赏任昉、沈约骈文的骈散交融;批判桐城派末流作家的空疏不学之风。综观李详的骈文思想,可知其核心在于继承了清中期以来沟通骈散的批评取向,又加以适度的开拓,提出自然高妙的境界。

As a famous parallel prose writer,parallel prose researcher and master of Chinese cul⁃ture,Li Xiang wrote prolifically and made outstanding achievements in his life,especially in the writ⁃ing and study of parallel prose,which were beneficial to the academic circles.His thoughts of paral⁃lel prose had in-depth discussions and rich connotations,covering many problems of parallel prose creation and its theoretical criticism.Concretely speaking,it mainly included:learning from Wang Zhong’s parallel prose;promoting the prose in Wei and Jin dynasties for its natural elegance and flu⁃ent vigour,and the essays in the history books of the Southern and Northern Dynasties represented by the Book of the Later Han Dynasty;highly appreciating Ren Fang’s and Shen Yue’s smooth fu⁃sion of parallel sentences and free sentences in their parallel prose;and criticizing the decadent writ ers of the Tongcheng School because of their empty and unlearned style.Through reviewing Li Xiang’s parallel prose thought,it could be seen that its core lied in inheriting the critical orientation of com⁃municating between parallel prose and prose since the mid-period of Qing Dynasty,and moderately expanding and putting forward the natural and elegant realm.
