摘要
建筑行业的生产方式正由传统的现场作业模式向预制构件生产+装配模式转变。伴随着生产方式的转变,如何有效控制生产方式转变导致的装配式建筑质量问题,成为亟需解决的问题。分析BIM+物联网技术在装配式建筑全过程质量管理要点,并结合工程实例介绍BIM+物联网质量管控方法和效果。
The production model of construction industry is undergoing a gradual transformation from traditional on-site operations to prefabricated component production+assembly model.Facing the transformation of construction methods,how to control the quality of prefabricated buildings has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes the key points of BIM+Internet of things technology in the whole process quality management of prefabricated buildings,and introduces the quality control methods and effects of BIM+Internet of things combined with engineering examples.
