慢性乙型肝炎基因C型患者使用恩替卡韦抗病毒的临床研究

Clinical Study of Antiviral Use of Entecavir in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B Genotype C

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎基因C型患者使用恩替卡韦抗病毒的临床研究。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省大连市第六人民医院肝病九科住院的慢性乙型肝炎基因型患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例为基因非C型慢性乙型肝炎患者,试验组40例为基因C型慢性乙型肝炎患者,所有患者均口服恩替卡韦并在治疗前检测乙型肝炎病毒基因分型,分析恩替卡韦对不同基因型乙型肝炎病毒患者的抗病毒作用。比较两组患者HBV-DNA、ALT含量,HBV-DNA转阴人数、ALT复常人数、HBeAg转阴人数。结果经恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗后,试验组HBV-DNA、ALT含量,HBV-DNA转阴人数、ALT复常人数、HBeAg转阴人数均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基因C型是大连地区乙型肝炎病毒最主要的基因型,恩替卡韦对该分型患者进行抗病毒治疗后临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical study of antiviral use of entecavir in patients with chronic hepatitis B genetype C.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,patients with chronic hepatitis B genotype who were hospitalized in the Ninth Department of Liver Diseases,Sixth People's Hospital of Dalian City,Liaoning Province,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group(n=40)had genotype non-C chronic hepatitis B patients,and the experimental group(n=40)had genotype C chronic hepatitis B patients.All patients received entecavir orally and hepatitis B virus genotyping was detected before treatment to analyze the antiviral effect of entecavir on patients with different hepatitis B virus genotypes.The content of HBV-DNA and ALT,the number of HBV-DNA negative conversion,the number of ALT normal conversion and the number of HBeAg negative conversion were compared between 2 groups.Results After antiviral treatment with entecavir,the content of HBV-DNA and ALT,the number of HBVDNA negative,the number of ALT normal and the number of HBeAg negative in the test group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Genotype C is the most important genotype of hepatitis B virus in Dalian area,and antiviral treatment with entecavir has a significant clinical effect on patients with this genotype.
