米非司酮治疗妇科疾病的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Mifepristone in the Treatment of Gynecological Diseases

目的探讨米非司酮治疗妇科疾病的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年7月至2019年2月收治的113例妇科疾病患者,回顾性分析米非司酮的临床治疗效果。结果妇科疾病采用米非司酮的治疗效果由高到低为终止妊娠、紧急避孕、子宫内膜异位症、异常子宫出血、子宫肌瘤、其他妇科疾病、妇科恶性肿瘤,分别占95.24%、92.86%、90.91%、88.89%、87.18%、83.33%、61.54%。结论采用米非司酮治疗妇科疾病患者的效果较好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of mifepristone in the treatment of gynecological diseases.Methods The 113 patients with gynecological diseases admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to February 2019 were selected to retrospectively analyze the clinical treatment effect of mifepristone.Results The therapeutic effects of mifepristone for gynecological diseases,from high to low,were pregnancy termination,emergency contraception,endometriosis,abnormal uterine bleeding,uterine fibroids,other gynecological diseases,and gynecological malignancies,accounting for 95.24%,92.86%,90.91%,88.89%,87.18%,83.33%and 61.54%.Conclusion Mifepristone is effective in the treatment of gynecological diseases.
