生脉散联合归脾汤加减治疗气阴两虚型心悸的效果

Effect of Shengmaisan Combined with Guipi Decoction in the Treatment of Qi-yin Deficiency Palpitations

目的分析生脉散联合归脾汤加减治疗气阴两虚型心悸的临床效果。方法选择沈阳医学院附属第二医院收治的90例气阴两虚型心悸患者作为研究对象,时间为2018年1~12月,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组(n=45,采用美托洛尔治疗)和研究组(n=45,采用生脉散联合归脾汤加减治疗)。对比两组患者治疗前后的24 h心律失常发生次数、中医证候积分、生活质量评分、治疗总有效率及治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,研究组患者24 h心律失常发生次数、中医证候积分、生活质量评分与对照组对比均无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者24 h心律失常发生次数(213.28±4.26)次、中医证候积分(7.28±0.76)分均显著低于对照组(402.15±6.07)次、(14.73±1.14)分,生活质量评分、总有效率[(89.77±4.89)分、97.78%]显著高于对照组的(62.08±3.14)分、68.89%(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率(2.22%)显著低于对照组(15.56%)(P<0.05)。结论对气阴两虚型心悸患者采用生脉散联合归脾汤加减治疗,不仅能有效减轻患者心悸发作频次和减轻其机体不适症状,同时还能促进其机体各项心电图指标恢复正常,从而能全面提高其预后生活质量。

Objective Analyze the clinical effect of shengmaisan combined with guipi decoction in treating heart palpitations of Qi-yin deficiency.Methods Ninety patients with heart palpitations of Qi-yin deficiency in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group by a random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The study group used shengmaisan combined with guipi decoction treatment,the control group was treated with metoprolol,and compared the 24 h arrhythmia frequency,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,total effective rate of treatment,and adverse reactions incidence rate during treatment between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the number of arrhythmias,TCM syndrome scores,and quality of life scores between the study group and the control group at 24 hours,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);after treatment,the study group had 24 hours the number of occurrences of arrhythmia(213.28±4.26)times and the scores of TCM syndromes(7.28±0.76)were significantly lower than those of the control group(402.15±6.07)times and(14.73±1.14)points.The quality of life score,total effective rate[(89.77±4.89)points,97.78%]were significantly higher than the control group[(62.08±3.14)points,68.89%](P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the study group(2.22%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(15.56%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of shengmaisan combined with guipi decoction to treat patients with heart palpitations due to deficiency of both Qi-yin can not only effectively reduce the frequency of heart palpitations and alleviate the symptoms of the patient's body,but also promote the recovery of various ECG indicators of the body to normal.Comprehensively improve their prognostic quality of life.
