不同护理方法对新生儿脐部残端的影响

Influence of Different Nursing Modes in the Treatment of Newborn's Residual Umbilical Regions

目的探讨不同护理方法对新生儿脐部残端的影响。方法选择2018年1~12月我院接收的剖宫产新生儿共76例进行研究,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(予以脐带包扎法)与观察组(予以脐带暴露法),各38例,统计并比较两组脐带残端的脱落时间、脐部分泌物及脐炎发生率与家属满意情况。结果观察组脐部残端的脱落时间显著较对照组短(P<0.05),脐部分泌物以及脐炎发生显著较对照组少(P<0.05),家属在局部外观情况、新生儿舒适度、喂养情况及新生儿睡眠方面的满意评分显著较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论予以新生儿脐带暴露法能促进其脐带残端愈合和脱落,减少脐部感染的出现,提高家属满意度。

Objective To study the influence of different nursing modes in the treatment of newborn's residual umbilical regions.Methods After cesarean section,76 newborns delivered from January 2018 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to control group(n=38)and observation group(n=38).The control group took the dressing of umbilical regions;the observation group took the exposure of umbilical regions.The falloff time of residual umbilical regions,incidence rate of excreta and omphalitis,and family member's satisfaction were counted.Results The fall-off time in the observation group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of excreta and omphalitis in the observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);the family member's satisfaction scores on the local appearance,newborn's comfort,feeding conditions and sleep conditions in the observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The exposure of umbilical regions can promote the residual healing and fall-off,reduce the umbilical infection and increase the family member's satisfaction.
