个性化护理干预对血液透析患者治疗依从性与情绪状态的影响

Effect of Personalized Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance and Emotional State of Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨个性化护理干预对血液透析患者治疗依从性与情绪状态的影响。方法选择我院于2018年12月至2019年12月接收的200例血液透析患者作为研究对象,将其分为试验组和对照组,每组100例。对照组患者进行常规护理,试验组患者进行个性化护理。比较两组患者发生不良反应发生情况、治疗依从性,评估两组患者护理前后的抑郁及焦虑状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]。结果试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=9.8284,P<0.05)。试验组患者的治疗依从性高于对照组患者(χ^(2)=28.1250,P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分比较无差异(P>0.05);护理后,试验组患者的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对血液透析患者进行个性化护理干预可减少患者的不良反应,提高治疗依从性,缓解患者抑郁及焦虑程度。

Objective To explore the impact of personalized nursing intervention on treatment compliance and emotional state of hemodialysis patients.Method The 200 hemodialysis patients accepted by our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a experimental group and a control group,with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the experimental group received personalized nursing.Compare the two groups of patients with adverse reactions,treatment compliance,and assess the depression and anxiety states of the two groups before and after care[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)].Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=9.8284,P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=28.1250,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing interventions for hemodialysis patients can reduce the patient's adverse reactions,improve treatment compliance,and alleviate the patients'depression and anxiety.
