妊娠期高血压子痫前期的产前观察与护理效果

Effect of Prenatal Observation and Nursing Care on Preeclampsia during Pregnancy

目的探究妊娠期高血压子痫前期的产前观察与护理效果。方法选取2020年1~12月我院收治的40例妊娠期高血压子痫前期产妇作为试验组,给予产前观察与针对性护理干预;选取同期40例妊娠期高血压子痫前期产妇作为对照组,给予常规护理;对比两组的护理效果。结果试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组患者血压水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应重视妊娠期高血压子痫前期产妇的产前观察,并给予针对性护理干预,以显著降低产后出血的发生率和新生儿窒息率,确保母婴健康。

Objective To explore the prenatal observation and nursing effect of preeclampsia during pregnancy.Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,40 cases of preeclampsia with pregnancy hypertension in our hospital were selected as the experimental group to give prenatal observation and targeted nursing intervention.During the same period,40 pregnant women with preeclampsia with hypertensive disease were selected as the control group and given routine care.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the blood pressure level of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinic should pay attention to the prenatal observation of pregnant women with hypertension and preeclampsia,and provide targeted nursing intervention to significantly reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia rate,and ensure the health of mothers and children.
