优质护理在临床压疮患者中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of High-quality Nursing in Patients with Pressure Ulcer

目的通过对临床压疮患者实施优质护理,分析其干预效果。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选取某三级甲等医院2018年5月至2019年4月医院就诊的76例压疮患者,分为试验组和对照组,对照组选择一般护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上添加优质护理,对比两组的干预效果。结果相关分析显示,对照组显效5例、有效20例、无效13例,总有效率为65.79%;观察组显效16例、有效19例、无效3例,总有效率为92.11%,观察组护理效果明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对临床压疮患者实施优质护理,能够有效提高治疗效果,改善生活质量,促进患者的康复。

Objective The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of intervention through the implementation of high-quality nursing for patients with clinical pressure ulcers.Methods Using a convenient sampling method,A total of 76 patients with pressure ulcers treated in a gradeⅢhospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group.The control group selected general nursing intervention,and the observation group added high-quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing,and compared the intervention effect of the two groups.Results In the control group,5 cases were significantly effective,20 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 65.79%;in the observation group,16 cases were significantly effective,19 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92.11%,the observation group nursing effect was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out high-quality nursing for patients with clinical pressure ulcers can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve the quality of life,and promote the recovery of the patients.
