优质护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术室护理中的应用效果

Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Operating Room

目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者手术护理需求,评价手术室优质护理干预对患者动脉压、心率以及情绪方面的影响。方法选择我院2019年8月至2020年1月收治的90例接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者,以1∶1配比法分为对照组与优质组,每组45例。对照组患者行常规护理,优质组患者行手术室优质护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果优质组术前30 min、拔管后10 min的动脉压及心率水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。干预后,优质组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。优质组患者护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的同时实施手术室优质护理干预可进一步稳定患者的生理、心理状况,护理效果显著。

Objective To analyze the surgical nursing needs of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and to evaluate the effects of high-quality nursing interventions in the operating room on patients'arterial pressure,heart rate and mood.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from August 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and a high-quality group according to 1∶1 ratio,45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group underwent routine surgical care,and patients in the high-quality group underwent high-quality nursing intervention in the operating room.The nursing effects of the two groups of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients were compared.Results The arterial pressure and heart rate levels of the high-quality group 30 minutes before operation and 10 minutes after extubation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the high-quality group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the high-quality group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy with high-quality nursing intervention in the operating room can further stabilize the patient's physiology and psychology,and the nursing effect is significant.
