探讨心理护理干预对恶性淋巴瘤患者遵医行为和负性情绪的影响

Explore the Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Compliance Behavior and Negative Emotion of Patients with Malignant Lymphoma

目的探讨心理护理干预对恶性淋巴瘤(ML)患者遵医行为和负性情绪的影响。方法纳入2017年1月至2020年1月我院收治的ML患者90例,根据护理干预方法分为研究组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上给予患者心理护理干预。对比分析护理干预3个月后,两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分及遵医行为。结果护理干预3个月后,相较于对照组,研究组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组正确用药、禁忌规避、情绪调节、自我监测、及时复查及主动寻求专业求助均明显更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ML患者应用心理护理干预,可有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等负性心理情绪,显著改善患者遵医行为。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on compliance behavior and negative emotion of patients with malignant lymphoma(ML).Methods Ninety ML patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and divided into study group(n=45)and control group(n=45)according to nursing intervention methods.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given psychological nursing intervention on control group.After 3 months of nursing intervention,anxiety and depression scores and compliance behavior of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After 3 months of nursing intervention,compared with the control group,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the correct medication,taboo avoidance,emotional regulation,self-monitoring,timely review and actively seeking professional help in the study group were significantly more,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in ML patients can effectively alleviate the negative psychological emotions such as anxiety and depression,and significantly improve the compliance behavior of patients.
