临床护理路径在冠心病心绞痛护理工作中的应用效果

Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Nursing of Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的探究冠心病心绞痛患者应用临床护理路径进行干预的临床效果。方法本次试验对象选自2017年3月至2018年3月在本院进行治疗的76例冠心病心绞痛患者,按照入院时间将其均分为对照组与试验组。对照组开展常规护理,试验组开展临床护理路径,对比两种护理方式对护理效果、焦虑、抑郁评分、并发症产生的影响。结果试验组的护理效果较对照组显著提升,试验组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均较对照组患者显著降低,试验组患者的并发症率较对照组患者显著降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用临床护理路径能改善冠心病心绞痛患者的不良情绪,对护理效果及并发症的改善作用也非常显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of intervention by clinical nursing pathway in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods Seventy-six patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were divided into two groups according to admission time.The control group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given clinical nursing path.The effects of the two nursing methods on nursing effect,anxiety and depression score and complications were compared.Results The nursing effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the complications of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway can improve the bad mood of patients with coronary heart disease angina,and the effect of nursing and complications is also very significant.
