综合护理干预在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Diabetic Ketoacidosis Patients

目的分析探究综合护理干预在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用效果。方法采取随机盲选法,将2018年4月至2019年5月我院收治的78例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者划分为两组,对照组与观察组各39例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行综合护理干预,对比两组患者的血糖指标、临床指标及生活质量评分。结果①护理前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均没有显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均显著低于护理前及对照组,数据存在明显差异性(P<0.05)。②观察组尿酮转移时间及血糖达标时间明显短于对照组,数据存在明显差异性(P<0.05)。③护理后,在心理功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能评分上,观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,数据存在明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者采取综合护理干预效果显著,有效改善患者的血糖水平,消除了患者的临床症状,提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on diabetic ketoacidosis patients.Methods Seventy-eight patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019 were divided into two groups,with an average of 39 cases in each group.Among them,the control group received routine nursing,the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention,and the blood sugar index,clinical index and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results(1)Before nursing,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those before and the control group.Data There are significant differences(P<0.05).(2)The time of urinary ketone transfer and blood glucose reaching standard in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the data was significantly different(P<0.05).(3)After nursing,in the scores of psychological function,role function,emotional function,and social function,the scores of all dimensions of the quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and there were significant differences in the data(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for diabetic ketoacidosis patients has obvious effect,which can effectively improve the level of blood glucose index,eliminate the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.Therefore,it has the value of promotion and application.
