摘要
目的分析孕产妇进行围生期护理健康教育的效果。方法本研究将我院于2017年4月至2019年4月接收的孕产妇共120例作为研究对象,应用随机平均法分为对照组和研究组,对照组(n=60)实施围生期常规护理模式,研究组(n=60)实施围生期常规护理+护理健康教育,对比两组孕产妇自然分娩率、总产程、分娩依从性、护理后孕产妇抑郁及焦虑情况。结果研究组自然分娩率、分娩依从性高于对照组,总产程短于对照组,抑郁、焦虑评分低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对于围生期孕产妇,加强其护理健康教育干预力度,可以提高孕产妇的依从性,缓解其心理状态,从而提高其分娩质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of perinatal nursing health education for maternal.Methods A total of 120 cases of maternal in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group(n=60)was given routine perinatal care,while the study group(n=60)was given routine perinatal care+nursing health education.Compare the two groups of pregnant women's natural childbirth rate,total labor,childbirth compliance,depression and anxiety of pregnant women after nursing.Results The natural delivery rate and delivery compliance of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the total stage of labor was shorter than that of the control group,and the scores of depression and anxiety were lower than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion For perinatal pregnant women,strengthening their nursing and health education interventions can improve the compliance of pregnant women,ease their psychological state,and improve the quality of their delivery.
