个体化健康管理护理对维持性血液透析患者水钠控制依从性的临床影响研究

Clinical Effect of Individualized Health Management Nursing on Water and Sodium Control Compliance ofMaintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的研究维持性血液透析期间实施个体化健康管理护理的效果。方法选择维持性血液透析患者88例分成对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组则在常规护理基础上采用个体化健康管理护理。对比两组患者护理满意度、透析不良反应情况、水钠控制依从性相关指标水平、治疗总时间。结果观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者透析不良反应少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者水钠控制依从性相关指标水平优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总时间短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者在治疗过程中接受个体化健康管理护理,可以大幅度改善水钠控制依从性相关指标,减少透析相关不良反应,缩短治疗时间,使患者对透析期间护理的满意度水平提高。

Objective To study the clinical value of individualized health management care intervention in maintenance hemodialysis patients during treatment.Methods A total of 88 patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with an average of 44 patients in each group.The control group received routine hemodialysis care.Observation group on the basis of routine hemodialysis care,increase the implementation of individualized health care management intervention.Nursing satisfaction,adverse reactions of dialysis,water and sodium control compliance,and total length of hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of dialysis in the observation group were less than those of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of water and sodium control compliance in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total length of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized health management intervention in maintenance hemodialysis patients can significantly improve the water and sodium control compliance indicators,reduce dialyzation-related adverse reactions,shorten the length of hospitalization,and improve the satisfaction level of patients with nursing during dialysis.
