摘要 以集通铁路电气化改造工程为依托,开展新建隧道内接触网预埋槽道设计研究,重点研究隧道内各支撑点槽道布置、槽道材质选型,解决常规普速铁路后植化学锚栓带来的施工困难、运营维护风险隐患大等问题,同步解决了预埋碳钢槽道机械性能和防腐性能差,无法满足预埋槽道与隧道本体同寿命的设计要求的问题。本项目预埋不锈钢槽道设计是普速铁路槽道设计的优化创新,从设计阶段消除了后植锚栓及碳钢槽道的安全隐患,为后续接触网设备运营维护打下坚实基础。 Based on the electrification reconstruction project of JiTong Railway,this paper carries out the design and research on the embedded channel of overhead contact system(OCS)in the new tunnel,focuses on the design and research on the channel layout of each support point in the tunnel,studies the material selection of the channel,solves the construction difficulties,operation and maintenance risks and other problems caused by the post planting chemical anchor bolts of conventional ordinary speed railway,and simultaneously solves the mechanical properties and anti-corrosion problems of the embedded carbon steel channel.The problem of poor mechanical and anti-corrosion performance of embedded carbon steel groove and its inability to meet the design requirements of the same life of embedded carbon steel groove and tunnel body is solved synchronously.The embedded stainless steel channel design is the optimization innovation of common speed railway channel design,which eliminates the hidden danger of post planting anchor bolt and carbon steel channel from the design stage,and lays a solid foundation for the subsequent operation and maintenance of OCS equipment.
