基于净雨预报信息的水库防洪调度方式分析

摘要 在汛期对水库实现较好的防洪调度有助于缓解水资源的紧张,避免发生洪灾。近年来,我国净雨预报信息的准确度逐渐上升,降雨信息也被广泛应用在水库调度中。论文主要对根据净雨预报信息选择水库防洪调度方式进行研究,结合具体实例,分析水库预报调度规则的方式,同时利用新安江模型确定相应的防洪预报调度方式,意在降低调洪的最高水位以及最大的下泄流量,有效预防洪水,希望对相关工作人员有一定的借鉴价值。 In the flood season,the better flood control operation of reservoirs is helpful to relieve the tension of water resources and avoid the flood.In recent years,the accuracy of net rainfall forecast information is gradually increasing in China,and rainfall information is also widely used in reservoir dispatching.This paper mainly studies the way to select the reservoir flood control operation mode according to the net rain forecast information.Combined with specific examples,paper analyzes the way of reservoir forecast operation rules,and uses Xin’anjiang model to formulate the corresponding flood control forecast operation mode,in order to reduce the maximum water level of flood regulation and the maximum discharge and effectively prevent flood,hoping to have a reference value for relevant staff.
