从MOX燃料芯块烧结气氛谈工程设计安全

摘要 燃料芯块烧结气氛直接影响成品芯块性能和质量,气氛选择首先应符合工艺要求,并考虑物理冲击和化学反应冲击的安全性及泄漏后的安全措施,还需要根据工程物项安全进行物项分级,确定抗震标准和建设标准,充分考虑物料源项,经过顺向逆向结合方法,使生产工艺流程更趋合理可行。论文介绍了MOX核燃料的研究发展现状,以及MOX核燃料的制造工艺,并对其工程设计安全进行分析。 In order to solve the safety problems in engineering,the safety design and analysis of MOX fuel manufacturing using precision machining technology are introduced.Fuel pellets sintering atmosphere directly affecting the pellet product performance and quality,atmosphere choice first should conform to the requirements of the process,and considering the impact of physical and chemical reaction after impact safety and leakage of safety measures,will need a items according to the engineering items safety classification,seismic standards and construction standard,fully considering the material source term,with consequent reverse combination method,make the production process more reasonable and practical.This paper introduces the research and development status of MOX nuclear fuel,as well as the manufacturing process of MOX nuclear fuel,and analyzes the safety of its engineering design.
