超滤在市政海水淡化工程中作为预处理的工艺设计

青岛市某海水淡化工程采用超滤系统作为预处理工艺,论文主要论述了该超滤系统的整体工艺设计,详细介绍了超滤作为预处理的原理、设计参数、膜组件设计运行流程等。超滤膜组稳定工作包括以下程序:正常过滤产水程序、水反洗程序、气水反洗程序、排污程序、正冲程序、化学清洗外循环、化学清洗液排空、恢复性清洗和维护性清洗等。本工程产水供应大型工业用户。论文所列内容以期为同类工程提供参考和借鉴。

A seawater desalination project in Qingdao adopted ultrafiltration as the pretreatment process.This paper mainly discussed the overall process design of ultrafiltration system,and introduced the principle,design parameters and operation process of ultrafiltration as the pretreatment in detail.Ultrafiltration membrane group stable work included the following procedures:normal filtering water production process,water backwashing process,air water backwashing process,waste program rushed outside,chemical cleaning cycle,chemical cleaning fluid drain,restorative cleaning,cleaning and maintenance,etc.The water produced by this project is supplied to large industrial users.The contents listed in this paper are expected to provide reference and reference for similar projects.
