摘要
在长隧道中采用热拌沥青混合料施工时,由于隧道空间相对封闭,热拌沥青混合料所释放出的热量和有害气体不能及时排出,使施工环境烟气弥漫,并且存在高温、氧气不足等一系列问题,严重危害施工人员的健康和施工设备的正常运转。论文通过分析羊八井1#隧道路面采用温拌阻燃沥青混合料技术发现,温拌阻燃沥青混合料不仅可以提高易燃聚合物难燃性,还可以降低沥青混合料的拌和温度和碾压温度,实现节能环保与低碳施工。
In the construction of hot mix asphalt mixture in long tunnel,because the tunnel space is relatively closed,the heat and harmful gas released by hot mix asphalt mixture can not be discharged in time,which makes the construction environment smoke diffuse and high temperature and there are a series of problems such as high temperature,lack of oxygen,etc.,which seriously endanger the health of construction personnel and normal operation of construction equipment.By analyzing the application of warm-mix flame retardant asphalt mixture technology on the pavement of No.1 tunnel in Yangbajing,the paper finds that the warm mix flame retardant asphalt mixture not only improves the flammability of flammable polymer,but also reduces the mixing temperature and rolling temperature of asphalt mixture,realizes energy saving,environmental protection and low carbon construction.
