海外某国家法院项目木纹板加工制作技术研究

Research on Processing Technology of Timber Pattern Board of Court House Project inan Oversea Country

以海外某国家法院项目木纹粗饰面清水混凝土工程为例,对木纹板的加工制作进行了研究。在工期紧张、资源有限的条件下,先后分别试验了天然木纹板、雕刻木纹板、喷砂处理、火烤碳化处理等方法,最终选用火烤碳化处理。根据实际过程中火烤碳化方案存在的缺点与不足,对该方案进一步优化,克服了实际施工过程中遇到的问题与难点,保证了工程的安全与质量。现场实践结果表明:在资源有限的条件下,火烤碳化技术满足施工需要,质量效果良好。

In this paper,the processing and manufacture of timber pattern off-form concrete is studied by taking a court project of a country overseas as an example.Under the condition of limited time and resources,the fabrication methods of natural timber,carving,sand blaster and burning timber are tested successively and finally burning timber method is selected.According to the shortcomings and shortcomings of the carbonization scheme in the actual process,the scheme is further optimized to overcome the problems and difficulties encountered in the actual construction process and ensure the safety and quality of the project.The field practice results show that under the condition of limited resources,the fire-roasted carbonization technology meets the construction needs and has good quality effect.
