双柱式空心薄壁矩形柔性墩施工技术在特大桥建设中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在我国特大桥梁的建设工程中,空心薄壁桥墩是目前应用较为广泛的桥墩类型,尤其适用于山丘地区。这主要是因为其主要为压弯构件,断面形式合理,故而可以较好地满足项目施工对于墩身变形的要求。但是,由于空心薄壁桥梁在具体应用过程中常面临施工难度大、技术要求高等风险,因此,必须要掌握其施工重点并严格管理现场,以进一步保障桥梁的稳固性。以淤泥河特大桥工程为例,基于该桥梁的结构以及项目的重难点,详细探讨了双柱式空心薄壁矩形柔性墩的施工技术,最终成功克服施工难点,保证了工程的整体质量。 In the construction of extra-large bridges in our country,the hollow thin wall bridge is widely used at present,especially in hilly areas.This is mainly because,its main bending member,section form is reasonable,so it can better meet the requirements of project construction for pier deformation.However,because the hollow thin-walled bridge in the concrete application process is often faced with construction difficulty,technical requirements of high risk,so it is necessary to master the construction focus and strict management of the site,in order to further guarantee the stability of the bridge.This paper takes the Yuni River Bridge Project as an example,based on the structure of the bridge and the key points and difficulties of the project,discusses in detail the construction technology of double-column hollow thin-wall rectangular flexible pier,and finallyovercomes the construction difficulties successfully,ensuring the overall qualityof the project.
