摘要 主要介绍在顶管工程中采用一种装配式可回收顶管工作井的施工技术(实用新型专利号:ZL201921377373.5),通过工厂化制造的成套箱板单元,经现场吊装拼装成供顶管作业使用的工作井。经验证,该方法可大大缩短施工工期,时间效益显著,同时沉井单元可以在井点间循环使用,实现了“节能减排、绿色施工”的理念,为当下城市建设中的管道工程的地下临时沉井施工提供了一种快速的施工方法。 This paper mainly introduces the construction technology of assembled retrievable working caisson in pipe jacking engineering(the practical new patent number is ZL201921377373.5).The complete set of box plate units manufactured in factory are assembled into working caisson for pipe jacking operation by lifting and assembling on site.It is proved that this method can greatly shorten the construction period,with significant time benefit.Meanwhile,the open caisson unit can be recycled between well points,realizing the concept of"energy saving and emission reduction,green construction",which provides a fast construction method for the underground temporary open caisson construction of pipeline engineering in the current urban construction.
