By analysing the problems faced by exploration and design enterprises in the transformation and development of enterprises,this paper comprehensively grasps the fundamental reasons for the obstruction of enterprise development by analyzing the problems.As a new technology,digital technology can play an active role in integrating internal resources and improving internal management system,especially in improving internal database system.Good achievements have been made in improving enterprise data confidentiality,improving project quotation accuracy and checking project bidding documents.
