摘要
针对微波烧结Al_(2)O_(3);基陶瓷刀具温度场,基于辅热材料温度特性,运用Comsol Multiphysics多物理场仿真软件进行模拟仿真,研究辅热材料用量及成分配比对刀具试样升温速率及温度均匀性的影响。研究结果表明:对于大小为17 mm×17 mm×6 mm的Al_(2)O_(3)基陶瓷刀具的微波烧结,辅热材料SiC用量为44g时,刀具试样升温速度最快,温度均匀性也较好;在44 g总辅热材料用量下,当SiC/ZrO_(2)质量比为1:4,刀具试样拥有最快升温速率的同时又有较好的温度均匀性。
Aiming at the temperature field of microwave sintering Al_(2)O_(3)-based ceramic cutting tools,simulation is carried out by using Comsol Multiphysics simulation software based on the temperature characteristics of auxiliary heating materials.The influence of auxiliary heating material dosage and composition ratio on the heating rate and temperature uniformity of the tool sample are studied.The simulation results show that:for the microwave sintering of Al_(2)O_(3)-based ceramic cutting tools with a size of 17 mm×17 mm×6 mm,when the amount of SiC is 44g,the tool sample has the fastest heating speed,and the temperature uniformity is also better.Under the total amount of 44g auxiliary heat material,when the SiC/ZrO_(2) mass ratio is 1:4,the tool sample has a fastest heating rate and better temperature uniformity.
