高铁时代岩板系列窑炉

摘要 由于岩板生产需要均匀的氧化气氛,对生产设备的传动精度等特性要求较高。设备的设计方式和制造精度需满足必要的使用要求,既要求分段温控好,又要求整体传动精度匹配,还需要考虑产品应力充分释放。普通陶瓷砖的窑炉根本不能满足条件,对于这样的问题,选择一种既能进行连续化生产,又能在精度控制、生产大数据实时监控运行的整体装备显得非常重要,这对于突破现代新型w大规格陶瓷岩板材料的数字化、智能化生产国有化意义重大。本文主要介绍中鹏高铁时代新型大规格陶瓷岩板烧成装备核心设计,分为多层快速干燥窑和烧成辊道窑两部分,共六点核心技术。 Because even oxygen atmosphere is a must in rock board production, it has high requirements on transmission precision of the preparing equipment. Thus, the design and production precision of the equipment must take factors like good subsection temperature, highly matching overall transmission, full release of the product stress into consideration. Considering kiln designed for common ceramic bricks can not meet the need, an integrated equipment which can realize continuous production with precision under the big data real time monitoring is essential. It can be significant in breaking through digitalisation of modern large scale ceramic rock board. The paper aims to introduce the core design of new large scale ceramic rock board in Zhongpeng company. It is carried out in two sections, namely multi-level fast drying kiln and firing roller track kiln. There are all together six points about core technology.
