摘要
高速履带车辆行星变速机构采用多排行星齿轮组合以实现变速功能,不同行星排之间存在相互的耦合作用,导致内部激励与其振动特征的映射关系仍不清楚。依据行星变速机构的设计方案及换挡逻辑,基于第2类拉格朗日方程,推导了行星变速机构"平动-转动"集中质量耦合振动微分方程,建立了通用的多排耦合行星轮系动力学模型,研究了典型工况下行星变速机构的时域和频域振动特征,并将仿真结果与试验测得的振动特性进行了对比分析,验证了该模型和计算结果的准确性。结果表明,输入构件加速度的时域仿真值与试验测试值基本吻合,行星变速机构加速度的频域特征与试验测试结果也基本一致,该结果可为行星变速机构的动力学优化设计提供理论参考。
Multi-row planetary gears are used in the gearshift mechanism of high-speed tracked vehicle to realize the shift function. Due to the coupling between different planetary gears,the mapping relationship between internal excitation and vibration characteristics is still unclear. According to the design scheme and shift logic of the planetary transmission mechanism,based on the second Lagrangian equation,the differential equation of mass coupling vibration of planetary gearshift mechanism is derived,and a general multi-row coupled planetary gearshift dynamic model is established. The results show that the time domain simulation value of the input component acceleration is basically consistent with the experimental test value,and the frequency domain characteristics of the acceleration of the planetary transmission mechanism are also basically consistent with the experimental test results. The simulation and experimental research results can provide the theoretical basis for the dynam-ic optimization design of the planetary transmission.
