木姜子精油提取工艺与抑菌效果的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以木姜子果实为原料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法进行精油提取,研究了不同浸泡时间、料液比、提取时间、氯化钠浓度对木姜子精油的提取的影响,通过正交实验选出最优提取方案,并对所得木姜子精油抑菌效果研究;结果表明:最佳提取方案为木姜子浸泡2.0 h,提取时间2.5 h,料液比1:25,氯化钠浓度30 g/L;木姜子精油对金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抑菌作用,MIC值为0.25%。 With wood ginger fruit as raw material,essential oil extraction and the influence of different soaking time,liquid ratio,extraction time and sodium chloride concentration on the extraction of wood ginger essential oil were studied.The optimal extraction scheme was selected by orthogonal experiment,and the antibacterial effect of the obtained wood ginger essential oil was studied.The results showed that:the best extraction scheme is 2.0 h,extraction time 2.5 h,liquid ratio 1:25,concentration of sodium chloride of 30 g/L.Wood ginger essential oil has a strong antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus,with a MIC value of 0.25%.
