滇西地区土壤矿质元素和红泡刺藤果实矿质元素相关关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Soil Mmineral Elements and Fruit Mineral Elements of Rubus Niveus in Western Yunnan

以分布于滇西地区的红泡刺藤为研究对象,采用Pearson相关分析,探讨土壤矿质元素与红泡刺藤果实元素之间的相关性;结果表明:土壤矿质元素含量与红泡刺藤果实矿质元素含量之间存在较强的相关性,其中土壤K含量与果实K含量、土壤Mn含量与果实K含量、土壤Ca含量与果实K、Ca、Mg含量,均呈显著或极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.697^(**)、0.587^(*)、0.819^(*)、0.615^(*)、0.702^(*);说明提高土壤中Ca、K、Mn含量并减少土壤Zn含量是红泡刺土壤管理的关键技术途径,为红泡刺藤人工引种的土壤选择及养分管理提供参考。

In this study,Pearson correlation analysis was used to elaborate relationship between soil mineral elements and fruit mineral elements of Rubus niveus in western Yunnan region.The results showed that:pronounced correlations were found between soil mineral elements and fruit mineral elements of Rubus niveus.Among them,K element in soil was significantly positively correlated with K element in fruit,Mn element in soil was significantly correlated with K element in fruit,Ca element in soil was significantly correlated wit K,Ca,Mg element in fruit,the correlation coefficient was 0.697^(**),0.587^(*),0.819^(*),0.615^(*),0.702^(*).According to the study,the key technical approach of soil management in Rubus niveus is to increase the contents of Ca,K,Mn and reduce the content of Zn in soil.This study reveals the effects of soil mineral elements on the mineral elements of Rubus niveus fruit,so as to fill in the blanks of mineral elements in soil and mineral elements in fruit of Rubus niveus research,and provide reference for soil selection or nutrient management of Rubus niveus artificial cultivation.
