交直流合建监控系统的设计与应用 被引量:1

摘要 交直流合建站原则上可考虑对全站监控系统进行融合建设,但交流变电站和直流换流站因核准时序、建设周期不同通常会造成施工和运行交叉等问题。为规避上述问题,针对变电站先期建设、换流站后期建设的交直流合建工程,根据变电站和换流站的监控系统配置模式不同的特点,给出两种交直流合建监控系统设计方案,并从可行性、经济性、运维情况等方面对该监控系统合建设计方案进行详细分析,确定了变电站和换流站监控系统独立配置、在站控层通过数据传输转换装置进行通信的监控系统合建方案,具有施工难度小、运维方便、经济性好等显著优势。结合泰州±800 kV换流站和泰州1000 kV变电站监控系统合建工程实例,阐述监控系统合建设计方案的具体应用措施。 The supervisory control system of the combined DC converter and AC substation construction,in principle,can be considered.However,in order to avoid the problems of crossovers run and construction because of the combined DC converter and AC substation’s different approval timing and construction cycle.According to the difference of configuration mode of the computer supervisory control system,three design scheme of the supervisory control system for the combined DC converter and AC substation construction are introduced.The design schemes are compared from feasibility and economy,operation situation,and so on.Then,this paper puts forward an appropriate design scheme of the computer supervisory control system for the combined DC converter and AC substation construction.In the end,according to Taizhou±800kV DC converter station and Taizhou 1000 kV substation project,the specific applications of this design scheme are introduced in detail.
