摘要
入厂验收是保障火电企业燃料安全的一项重要工作,强化验收体系的管控可大幅度提升企业燃料管理水平。介绍常用的煤质在线监测技术,通过对比分析,验证X射线荧光法煤质在线分析技术的可靠性,并将其引入燃料入厂验收工作中,用于入厂煤的快速甄别,以提高火电企业的配煤掺烧准确度,并着重探讨汽车运煤入厂验收模块的智能管理和优化布置。
Coal control reception is an important work to ensure the fuel safety of thermal power plant,strengthening the management can greatly improve the coal management level.This paper introduces coal quality online identification methods in engineering application.The reliability of X-ray fluorescence on-line analysis of coal quality is verified by comparative analysis.Coal quality online identification equipment are used in coal control reception work to improve the accuracy of coal blending.And intelligent management and optimal layout of the plant use vehicular coal are also discussed.
