高校就业课程教学条件资源建设的“重表轻里”问题与对策

Issues of Emphasizing Superficial and Ignoring Essential Perspectives of the Construction of Teaching Conditional Resources of Career Course in Universities and Solutions

为了更好地发挥“大学生职业发展与就业指导”课程的积极作用,必须加强该课程的教学资源建设;但由于建设主体认识不足、高校资源短缺和缺乏有力的督查,很多高校在诸如人力资源、财力资源、课时资源等课程教学条件资源建设中不同程度地存在“重表轻里”问题。因此,须从提高建设主体的认识、大力开发相关的课程资源以及改革和强化督查工作等方面采取措施,才能在建设就业课程条件资源的过程中做到表里皆重。

To give full play to the course named College Students’Career Development and Occupational Guidance,it is necessary to enhance the construction of teaching resources.However,because of lack of the understanding on the construction subjects,insufficient resources and supervision,there are many problems related to emphasizing superficial and ignoring essential perspectives during the process of the construction of teaching resources concerning human,finance and class hour resources.Therefore,such solutions as correcting the misunderstanding of the subjects,developing related course resources,reforming and strengthening supervision should be taken to realize equal emphasis on both superficial and essential perspectives during the construction of teaching conditional resources.
