数据时代综合档案馆知识服务策略研究

Research on Archival Knowledge Service Strategy of Comprehensive Archives in Data Era

档案知识服务能够有效解决数据时代社会公众激增的档案知识需求与庞杂无序的海量档案数据间的矛盾,是大数据发展环境下档案工作的积极变革,是更专业化、更深层次地发挥档案价值的重要方式。文章基于文献分析法,阐述了数据时代综合档案馆档案知识服务的涵义、特点与必要性,提出综合档案馆应以强化档案馆藏资源建设为基础、以用户需求为导向、以数据技术为支撑提升知识服务水平,推进档案数据化管理进程。

Archival knowledge service can effectively solve the contradiction between the surging demand of the public for archival knowledge and the massive and disordered archival data in the data era.It is a positive reform of archival work under the development environment of big data and an important way to give full play to the value of archival work in a more professional and deeper level.Based on the literature analysis method,this paper expounds the meaning,characteristics and necessity of archival knowledge service of comprehensive archives in the data age,and proposes that comprehensive archives take strengthening the construction of archives collection resources as the foundation,take users’demand as the guide,take data technology as the support to improve the level of knowledge service,and promote the process of archives datamation management.
