基于“双高计划”建设的高职院校治理关系解析--兼谈教务治理

摘要 高职教育高质量发展的诉求,特别是以“双高计划”建设为抓手的提质增效工程,呼唤从管理到治理的根本性嬗变。高职院校建立现代治理体系,绕不开纷繁复杂的不同利益主体之间的相互关系。通过对十二大主要关系图谱的解析,提出了解构与重塑、守正与创新、热吵与冷清、引领与兜底的治理逻辑。 The demand for high-quality development of higher vocational education,especially the quality improvement and efficiency promotion project based on“Double High Plan”construction,calls for fundamental change from management to governance.The establishment of a modern governance system in higher vocational colleges is unable to avoid the complex interrelationships between different interest parties.Through analysis of the graphs of twelve major relationships,the governance logic of deconstruction and reshaping,integrity and innovation,jollification and calmness,and leading and bottoming is proposed.
